Evolution of registrations. 200 registered teams reached.
The Costa Blanca Cup 2019 is on its way. In early March, the figure of 200 registered teams from 17 countries was reached: Algeria, Belgium, Brazil, China, Scotland, Spain, USA, France, England, Northern Ireland, Iceland, Japan, Morocco, Norway, Portugal, Russia and Taiwan. For now, the United States and Iceland are the countries with the largest number of foreign participating teams.
In the Costa Blanca Cup’s 26-year history, the three countries most represented are England, Portugal and Iceland in Europe, and Brazil, USA and Russia at a global level.
As for the Spanish teams, to date and continuing with the trend of recent years, the Valencian Community, Madrid and Castilla La Mancha are the autonomous communities that provide more teams. At the moment, 12 of the 17 autonomous communities are represented. We are close to our goal of getting them all to be present at the tournament.
